The S.T.E.P (Students Transforming Education to Purpose) mentoring step sessions will provide
an opportunity to present a positive, safe, and entertaining social event for all audiences for our
youth and students. It is our desire to remain a strong beacon of light that positively motivates
and encourages youth. This provided capital will be used for the purpose in which it is intended.

The accomplishment in all, is the success in building a brighter future for our youth. The funds
coverage will provide the below:
• 5 minute empowerment motivation session (character development,self esteem building, life skills and mentorship) educational and step/dance experience
55 minute step training 
• Two (1 Hour sessions per week virtually on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12noon)
• Learn step choreography for end of the summer step showcase performance

The Stompdown is a non-profit 501c3 that uses it's platform to enrich youth through the arts.
The Stompdown gives youth an opportunity to display their talent through the art of dance and
step.
Mission:
Our mission is to promote education through the arts. We want to inspire and empower
youth in their pursuit of higher education, while also empowering individuals and families
worldwide.
Purpose:
Educating youth on how to seek positive directions in life, while offering them a
platform to express their gifts and talents through creative performances.
Vision: To give back to the community, through community service in local high schools,
motivational speakers, and interaction with student activities. To establish a motivational
environment where students can express their God-given dreams and talents.
GOALS:
The Stompdown’s goal is designed to support and inspire our youth to be high achievers in
academics and in turn excel in society. To produce step shows across the country that inspire
youth, individuals and empower families.
DEMONSTRATED NEED FOR YOUTH THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY:
From direct experience, we understand that the percentage of youth involved in youth activities
is at an all-time low. We recognize the need of positive, cultural, community events that keep our
youth and students actively involved. Yet it is difficult to present these type community
activities/events without the support of you, our sponsors, investors, leaders, and the community.
Demonstrated by historical impact, The Stompdown has done an outstanding job in servicing the
community through event services, workshops, training, and productions through the tradition of
partnerships.
