Get help installing the app, restoring your schedule or finding official festival information.
Install on iPhone or iPad
Open the app in Safari, tap the Share button, then choose Add to Home Screen.
Install on Android
Open the app in Chrome, open the browser menu, then choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
Schedule or saved events are missing
Saved events remain on the device and browser where you selected them. Clearing browser data or reinstalling the app may reset your saved schedule.
Information looks outdated
Close and reopen the app while connected to the internet. The newest schedule will be saved for later offline access.
